The conditions of each house are different, and the time is for reference only, and it depends on the degree. ⒉Put the fermented starter and all the raw materials except butter in the main dough together and knead until the gluten expands and the surface is smooth. ⒊Add butter and knead to the expansion stage, and place it in a warm place until it is about 2 times larger. 4. Take out the dough, divide it into 6 equal parts, save one part of the dough, and immediately knead the dough into strips for the remaining 5 parts, and then knead it to a length of about 1 meter. Press the middle of the chopsticks and roll it up from bottom to top. Cut it in the middle and divide it into two halves. The incision down is two roses. Proceed to fermentation.

At the end of fermentation, put it into a preheated oven at 190℃, lower the upper and lower heat, for about 30 minutes. Brush the melted butter immediately after baking.
