I Have Wine, Do You Have A Story?
1.
Sterilize the sealed glass jar to control the moisture content
2.
Disperse the pomegranate to the pan, clean the impurities in the pan with water, and control the moisture
3.
Peel and slice lemons and set aside. (Lemon peel will have a slightly bitter taste)
4.
Put the pomegranate into an airtight jar, a layer of rock sugar, a layer of pomegranate, and randomly add a few slices of lemon to increase the taste
5.
The ingredients should not be too full, leave a certain space for the fruit to ferment
6.
Pour in a certain amount of white wine, cover with a sealed lid, and leave it in a cool place for two to three months.
Tips:
Airtight bottle, pomegranate, lemon need to control dry water, do not leave raw water!
The lemon peel is slightly bitter, just peel it to a white film!
Either white granulated sugar or rock sugar, personally recommend rock sugar, which has better freshness and sweetness!
