Instant Fried Noodles

Prepare all the materials and clean them

Take a quarter of the cabbage into strips (you can add more if you like), cut carrots into strips, red peppers, and green onions into rings.

Wok water to boil

After the water is boiled, add the instant noodles and cook until they are ripe.

Heat the wok and put the oil, add the red hot pepper and stir fry to get a spicy taste, then add the carrots and cabbage in turn and stir fry.

Finally, add the cooked instant noodles and sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
Tips:
1. For noodles, I choose instant noodles in bulk, which are cheaper and save you the trouble of handling materials. \n2. Cook the noodles until they are almost mature. \n3. The ingredients can be matched at will. I originally planned to put some eggs in, but I forgot. \n4. Seasoning can be put as you like, and put some Lao Gan Ma before the pan is more fragrant.
