It's Just A Snack, Definitely Not A Dish-hot and Sour Mango

Peel and wash mangoes.

Cut the peeled mango into slightly thin pieces.

Peel garlic and pat into garlic paste, wash and cut coriander into sections.

Put the sliced mangoes in a large bowl, add the coriander segments and the minced garlic.

Add salt and sugar and mix well.

Tips:
1. Choose unripe green mangoes when mixing mangoes.
2. The amount of sugar should be based on the acidity of the mango and personal taste.
3. You must use paste hot peppers. If you can't buy paste hot peppers, you can stir fry the hot peppers over a low heat and then mash them.
