Italian Nut Cookies

1. Put the whole eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and salt in a basin, and use a mixer to beat them slightly to make a thick bubble;

Tips:
1. Bake at low temperature for a long time, make the biscuits dry and hard, which can be stored for a longer time;
2. Nuts can be changed according to personal preference. If they are raw nuts, they can be roasted at 180 degrees for 10 minutes before use.
