Ji Zhen Mushroom in Oyster Sauce

Fresh Jizhen mushrooms.

After soaking in clean water for ten minutes, wash it off.

Chop garlic and set aside.

Heat up the pot and pour the oil, a little bit of smoke, put the garlic in it and sauté.

Pour in Jizhen mushrooms and stir fry.

After frying for about two or three minutes, Jizhen mushrooms start to soften, so add oyster sauce.

Tips:
Jizhen Mushroom has a fresh and sweet taste, so there is no need to add chicken essence and MSG.
Oyster sauce already has a salty taste, no need to add additional salt.
