Jiaodong Spanish Mackerel Steamed Radish

Wash the dried mackerel and cut it for later use. I use it to dry in my own home. It is low-salt. If I buy it will be salty, soak it for an hour or two to get rid of its saltiness.

Cut the radish into strips, cut the green onion and ginger well

Put the sliced radish, spaniel, green onion and ginger in a good size, add some oil, and steam for 30 minutes on high heat.
