2.
Add some oil and some shacha sauce to the beef and marinate for a while. Beat the eggs and add some salt, because the cake kueh itself is just a faint curry flavor. Wash the kale and cut into small pieces.
3.
After adding oil to the pan, add the cake kueh for frying. Because my frying technique is not very good, I use a non-stick frying pan. Turn over and fry for a while.
4.
Fry it until it's slightly yellow and then pour the egg liquid. When pouring the egg liquid, pay attention to evenly pour it on each cake kuih so that each cake kuih is covered with the egg liquid. When the egg is almost cooked, you can turn the other side. Stir it well with a spatula.
5.
Fry it until it's a little burnt, and serve it first. Look, basically every piece is stained with eggs, it's fragrant!
6.
Now you can fry the kale. Add some oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add the kale and stir-fry for a minute.
7.
Then add beef and continue to fry, paying attention to the kale and beef not being fried.
8.
Then pour in the fried cake kueh and stir-fry well. If you like spicy food, add some chili sauce
9.
Fry it and serve it! So fragrant, the light curry-flavored cake kuih with shacha beef and kale is super delicious!
Tips:
Beef and kale can’t be fried anymore
