Kelp Knot Big Bone Soup

Treat the kelp knot in the middle, open the kelp knot, rinse with running water for 30 minutes, and then re-tie the knot, knot in the water, it will not slip, and it is easy to tie; if you don’t want to be so troublesome, you don’t need to open the kelp knot , But use running water to rinse for a longer time to avoid residual sand in the kelp knot;

Tips:
1. The blanching time for big bones should be prolonged appropriately. After the water is boiled, boil for more than 10 minutes. If the bones are larger, boil the blood for a while, so that the soup will be clear;
2. The kelp knots you bought should be handled carefully. I usually open the kelp knots, rinse them with running water for 30 minutes, and then re-tie the knots.
