Korean Army Soup

The kelp and small fish are dry cleaned and put in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook for 5 minutes.

Then remove the kelp and dried small fish to make kelp water for later use.

Slice the kimchi, slice the ham and sausage, and prepare the ramen.

Add a little sesame oil to the pot and fry the minced pork until fragrant.

Add kimchi and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Pour the kelp water.

Add cooked soybeans.

Cook on high heat for 10 minutes.

Add onion and minced garlic.

Add cooking wine.

Add soy sauce.

Add the Korean hot sauce, stir and bring to a boil.

After adding the ham and sausage.

Add ramen.

Add the shallots.

The ramen is cooked and seasoned with a little salt and pepper

Boil again and switch the fire.
Tips:
Sour kimchi is actually old kimchi that has been marinated for a longer time. If not, use kimchi instead.
Soy beans should be soaked in advance and cooked for later use, or canned soy beans can be used instead.
The ham and sausage do not need to be cooked for a long time, just add them and cook them together with the ramen.
