Korean Bbq Pizza

The sour beef bought in the supermarket is quickly splashed with water to remove the bloody meat and rinse with cold water for later use.

Add 2 spoons of barbecue sauce and 1 spoon of oyster sauce to marinate for 10 minutes.

2 slices of fungus plus 10 crab-flavored mushrooms, cut into shreds and set aside.
4.
While heating the oven, spread Heinz ketchup on top of the pizza crust, spread a layer of about 15g cheese, and spread mushroom fungus shreds.
5.
Spread the marinated beef on the shredded mushroom fungus.
6.
Spread the remaining cheese evenly on the beef and put it in the heated oven.
7.
I started to bake the pizza. I heated the upper and lower layers for five minutes, then the lower layer for five minutes, and then the upper layer for five minutes. When I saw the cheese melted and a little dark color appeared, I turned off the heat. (According to your own oven power at different times, you can adjust it yourself)
8.
The newly-baked Korean barbecue pizza is very tempting.
9.
It should have been paired with pasta, but there are only hot and dry noodles at home, hehe, it is a perfect match to try it~~
Tips:
Pizza stuffing can also be added with onions and green peppers. I used fungus and crab-flavored mushrooms because I don’t have these ingredients at home. In fact, the pizza stuffing can be matched very casually. Because I love tomato sauce, I add it after it’s out of the oven. A circle of tomato sauce, the taste is very good, tomato sauce must use Heinz tomato sauce, other brands feel that the taste is not this punctual.
