Korean Mochi Bun

Take a pot of Korean mochi mixed powder

Add milk powder

Add egg liquid
4.
Add some salt
5.
Add cooked black sesame seeds

Add water, I used soy milk, or milk

Stir well
8.
Add the melted butter and mix well again
9.
Divide into small balls, each about 20 grams, and then round into the baking tray, leaving a little space between each other
10.
Put it in the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes, and you can see that the surface turns yellow
