After the crust is baked, apply Thai sweet chili sauce (you can use this instead if you can't buy pizza sauce in the small supermarket near your home. The taste is okay. You can use ketchup according to what you have at home.)
8.
Spread green pepper shreds
9.
Sprinkle with cheese
10.
Arrange the scallops and shrimps evenly
11.
Sprinkle with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese, and then add a layer of green pepper to embellish
12.
Heat the oven up and down at 210 degrees, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted (if the ingredients are raw and need more time to bake, I use cooked, so the cheese is cooked, and the heat is well controlled)
13.
Serve hot, you can draw silk
Tips:
1- The cheese should not be roasted for too long, otherwise it will be roasted and it will not be able to stretch the wire. If the raw material needs to be roasted for a longer time, you can increase the fire and lower the fire to prevent the cheese from getting too old.
2- Use the purchased crust to make pizza. If you use seafood ingredients, you must first blanch the water to remove the water, otherwise the crust will be too wet and collapse and affect the taste.
3- Scorching the pie crust first prevents it from collapsing, and also ensures that the ingredients will not get old due to too long baking.
