Lamb Kebabs for Supper

Wash lamb and cut into small cubes about 2cm

Add onion rings, barbecue sauce and various spices to marinate for about 1 hour. This sauce I use, if you are a child, you can add more to the sauce. The sauce is a bit sweeter. I only added a little bit of flavor. It’s okay not to like it.

Garlic pepper and lamb are interspersed to form a kebab

After preheating the oven at 210 degrees, put the skewers into the skewers and bake for 10 minutes, then turn it over and bake for another 3 minutes.

The chili I used is screw pepper, which is quite spicy. It will not be greasy at all when eaten with meat and roasted garlic. Even ten skewers are good.
