Lamb Shank

Wash the fresh lamb shank.

Prepare green onion ginger and pepper.

After blanching lamb shank, remove and drain the water, add green onion, ginger, and pepper to cook, about 40 minutes.

The meat has been cooked to cool.

Mince garlic, shred carrots, and chop coriander.

Pour soy sauce, vinegar, a pinch of salt, and serve the lamb shank in a cold dressing.
Tips:
Do not put too much seasoning when cooking lamb, which will affect the taste of lamb itself.
