Lamb Soup with Ham Hoof

1. Wash the red dates and cut them in half.

3. Peel the green radish and cut into small pieces.

4. The golden ham hoof slices are chopped into small pieces as required. (You can soak in warm water for 5 minutes)

5. Put fresh lamb into the pot in cold water, add ginger slices and blanch with water to remove blood foam.
