The upper and lower tubes of the oven are at 160°C and bake for 50 minutes. Take out (when the Yamagata toast is baked for about 30 minutes, observe the color and cover with tin foil when satisfied). Tips: The oven does not need to be preheated in advance, just warm it up slowly.
