Lemon Steamed Cod Fish for All Ages
1.
Naturally thaw Alaska black cod
2.
Use kitchen paper to soak up the cod
3.
Spread salt evenly on the surface of the cod, and pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine
4.
Put green onions and ginger on top and marinate for 15 minutes.
5.
After the water in the steamer is boiled, put the fish plate in the steamer and steam for 3 minutes on high heat, then steam for 3 or 4 minutes after turning off the heat.
6.
I picked out the green onions and ginger from the fish out of the pot and poured out the steamed water from the plate. I changed the plate. Put the shredded green onions and drizzle with the right amount of Maggi umami sauce.
7.
Heat oil in a pot and pour it on the fish. Note that the hot oil must be poured on the green onions. Squeeze a proper amount of lemon juice on the surface to increase the fragrance, and eat it while it is hot!
Tips:
1. The key to the deliciousness of steamed fish is heat, and it must not grow old.
2. Be sure to steam it over high heat and add the fish after the water is boiled.
