Lime Loach

After buying the dried lime loach, rinse it with warm water for 3-4 times, and then soak for about 10 minutes until the loach is dry and soft, then remove the controlled dry water.

Add oil in a hot pan, stir the dried loach, add salt when the fish aroma of dried loach overflows, stir fry the chili for about 1 minute, add all other seasonings, and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for about 1 minute, and then serve. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
