Lobster Butter Crab Mushroom Risotto

Marinate the prawns: marinate the lobster with salt and black pepper for about 15 minutes.

Fried shrimp meat: After adjusting the flavor, fry quickly until the appearance changes color.

Risotto: Saute garlic, onions, tomatoes and crab mushrooms in a pot with extra virgin olive oil, then add Italian rice, add a little bit of stock, and let the rice soften (at least 15 minutes) and remove from heat. Add black pepper, butter and salt and keep stirring until the butter melts, giving the rice a soft and creamy texture~
