Loofah Chicken Fillet Rice

First, wash the ingredients, smash the ginger and garlic into cubes, cut the green pepper into diamond shapes, and cut the loofah into slices after peeling.

Divide all kinds of fried chicken fillets into two pieces (because a fried chicken leg was given as a gift when buying chicken fillets, so they were also cut into pieces together, and there is nothing that you can leave out).

After all the ingredients are ready, put the oil in the pan, add green pepper and ginger and stir fry.

Pour the cut fried chicken fillet into the pot and stir fry, then add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Stir-fry the chicken fillet for 1 minute, add garlic and loofah, then stir-fry, add a small amount of salt, steamed fish soy sauce, pepper, and chicken essence.

Pour a small spatula water, add pepper, and finally add a small amount of MSG and stir fry to get out of the pot.

Tips:
If you don’t have a loofah, you can also use cucumbers. I make this dish as a fast-handed dish. The seasonings are written in the right amount. You can adjust them to your taste.
