Tips:
1. Agar is a seaweed extract extracted from plants, which has a coagulation effect. The ratio of agar to water is about 1:50.
2. The agar should be soaked in cold water in advance to soften it.
3. Be sure to cook agar on a low heat and stir while cooking, otherwise it will stick to the bottom.
4. Pour into the mold immediately after cooking, otherwise it will be easy to solidify in the pot.
5. When eating tea jelly, you can add honey or osmanthus sugar as appropriate to increase the sweetness.
Agar is generally available in bakery shops, about 10 yuan for 50 grams.
