Mango Sticky Rice

Peel the mango, cut and slice it from the middle, half of it is ready (the other half can be eaten off immediately, hehe); put some sugar and a little salt in a bowl, pour in coconut milk and stir well.

Wash the glutinous rice and put it on a plate (preferably soaking for more than 1 hour), and steam it in a steamer for about 15 minutes. (Look at the degree of soaking, you can observe and taste it yourself at any time)

Pour the conditioned coconut milk into the steamed glutinous rice, stir it evenly and let it stand still for ten minutes, so that the rice can fully absorb the coconut milk and taste better.

For serving, you can drizzle some coconut milk on the mango and rice for decoration!
