Marinated Dried Tofu

Dry clean the tofu and cut into thin slices.

Put oil in the wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and dried red pepper to explode the fragrance.

Pour in the right amount of water and add the old bittern.

Add dried tofu, soy sauce, and marinated ingredients.
5.
Put in some sugar and salt.

Cover the pot and cook on low heat for more than 30 minutes.

Just collect the juice from the fire.
Tips:
1. The soup in the pot should spread over the dried tofu.
2. At the end, the juice can be omitted, and the dried tofu is delicious even if it is soaked in the soup.
3. It will taste better if refrigerated for a few hours.
