Marinated Sea Lead

Wash salted kelp and soak for at least three hours.

Cut the soaked kelp head into small pieces.

Spices are ready.

Put the spices in the bag.

Add water to the pot, put the spice bag, put the kelp, add rock sugar, soy sauce, and some salt. After it is boiled on high heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
