Microwave Shrimp Braised Tofu

Wash the prawns, remove the shrimp threads and peel off the shells, leaving the tails. Don't throw the shrimp head for a while.

Pour the boxed soft tofu on a plate and put it in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes.

Prepare some chopped green onion and garlic slices.

Put the oil in the wok to heat up, put the shrimp heads in the pan after the oil is hot, stir fry while pressing, and fry the red shrimp oil.

Then put the shrimp in the pot, cook with the cooking wine and pepper.

Add a little water and stir fry evenly.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and stir well, add water starch, add some chicken essence to make it fresh.

Take the tofu out of the microwave and pour the sauce in the pan on it.
