Milk Powder to Make Yogurt

Prepare the raw materials for making yogurt, and the water temperature should not exceed 45°;

Pour 130g of full-fat instant milk powder and 50g of sugar into 1000ml of water and mix well;

Pour the yogurt starter while stirring;

After stirring, put it into the yogurt machine, plug in the electricity to ferment, if you like thicker, the fermentation time will be longer;
5.
When time is up, the delicious yogurt will be ready, so try it yourself.
Tips:
1. Clean the utensils and there should be no bacterial residues;
2. The temperature cannot be higher than 45° during production, otherwise it will kill the bacteria and cause the fermentation to fail.
3. The finished yogurt tastes best when sealed and refrigerated for 16 hours.
