Tips:
1) The kneaded dough is slightly softer than the usual rolled noodle dough. 2) The pattern can be made according to your own preferences. 3) The oil temperature should not be too high. You can try to throw a hemp leaf into the oil pan first. If it floats up immediately, it can be exploded. The color of the fried finished product can be controlled by yourself.
