Mingliezi Yogurt Jelly

Take a small amount of Ming Liezi and soak in water for a few minutes

It swells in a while

Put the soaked Mingliezi with water in a pot and heat, add appropriate amount of sugar and stir evenly

Add a small amount of white jelly to hydrate first, then pour it into the pot and mix with Ming Liezi. The ratio of white jelly to liquid is about 1:6

Turn off the heat after mixing well

Pour into the silicone mold to 70% full, cool and freeze

Now I’m making yogurt jelly, first dissolve the jelly in water

After heating, add sugar and stir well and turn off the heat

Cool slightly and pour in the yogurt and mix

Mix into a uniform yogurt paste
11.
Pour the yogurt paste on top of the frozen Ming Liezi jelly
12.
It can be cooled and demoulded.
