Miso Grilled Fish

Prepare the materials

Sprinkle the fish with a little salt on the surface to give it a little base.

Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, and mix well with the miso.

Place the fish on the tin foil and spread the sauce evenly on both sides of the fish.

Wrap the miso-coated fish in tin foil

Put the wrapped fish in the oven and bake at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes.

When the time is up, just open the tin foil.
