Ingredients: dried monkfish. Side ingredients: red pepper, garlic moss, garlic Seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, fish sauce, oyster sauce

Soak the dried monkfish in water for 24 hours. Put the soaked dried monkfish in a pot and steam for 20 minutes

Tips:
1. Dried monkfish needs to be changed 2-3 times in the process of soaking;
