Mulberry Honey Sauce

Remove the stalks of the mulberries, wash them and soak them in light salt water for 10 minutes, and then control the moisture.

Red dates are pitted and soaked in water together with wolfberry until soft.

Put the mulberries, soaked red dates and goji berries into a food processor and crush them.

Beat into a slurry.

Pour the mulberry slurry into a stainless steel pot, put it on the stove, and bring it to a boil.

After boiling, add brown sugar and simmer for 20 minutes.

Boiled mulberry paste. You can put it in a glass bottle, put it in the refrigerator, and enjoy it to your heart's content.
