Multi-grain Bread

In order to facilitate the fermentation, use a spoonful of honey and mix with warm water

Then add it to the premix, don’t put yeast, knead it and let it stand for a while

Then add yeast and knead evenly until a large stretchy film appears

Then add the softened butter cut into small pieces

Knead to the complete state, the edge of the film hole is smooth

Put it aside and let it sit for half an hour, then divide it into three.

Take one of them and roll it out

Roll it up and let stand for fifteen minutes

Roll it out again

After rolling up, close the mouth down and put it in the toast box

Fermented to 80% full

Preheat the oven well, the lower level is 170 degrees, about 45 minutes
Tips:
The yeast is added afterwards to make it easier to quickly release the film when kneading the dough by hand.
