New Zealand Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper
1.
Ingredients: 180 grams of New Zealand beef tenderloin, 3 asparagus, 35 grams of sugar, 10 grams of soy sauce, 15 grams of oyster sauce, 35 grams of black pepper crushed, 15 grams of garlic, 15 grams of butter, and 5 grams of salt. 100 grams of mashed potatoes
2.
Cut the beef into 2cm pieces. Marinate with salt, pepper and rice bran oil.
3.
Put half of the sugar, half of the black pepper, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce in a small bowl and mix well. This is our simple version of black pepper sauce.
4.
Heat the pan, pour in rice bran oil, and pour in the marinated steak.
5.
Fry the beef cubes on 4 sides, then take them out immediately. Note: Do not always turn the beef over after cooking, so that the meat juice cannot be locked.
6.
Melt the butter, add the minced garlic, the remaining black pepper, and the remaining sugar, and sauté until fragrant. (This is a bit like the relish style in western food, which allows the sauce to be wrapped on the raw materials naturally without thickening, which is healthier)
7.
Pour in the fried beef cubes and add the sauce. Just stir well!
8.
To serve: a spoonful of mashed potatoes, top with black pepper diced beef tenderloin, and asparagus on top. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
