Oily Tofu Stuffed Meat

Prepare the star anise, wash the shallots and cut into chopped green onions

Add salt, rice wine, light soy sauce and chopped green onion to the minced pork, stir the egg white clockwise to make it sticky, prepare the oily tofu

Cut a small opening in the middle of the oily tofu, and fill up the seasoned minced pork with chopsticks until all is ready

Put the finished oiled tofu into the soup pot, add a large bowl of water, then add the star anise, cover and bring to a boil

Tips:
If the minced pork is seasoned, you only need to add fresh soy sauce to the soup to give it a base taste. The taste of each company is different, please adjust according to your own taste.
