Orange Zest with Green Radish Shreds

Ingredients: fresh orange zest, green radish, salt, garlic, white sweet and sour pepper, chili oil

Tips:
Cut the green radish into thin slices, the better. You don’t want to eat chili. Wash the orange peel. It’s better to soak the orange peel in salt water.
