Oreo Sandwich Stick
1.
Separate the Oreo biscuits from the filling, grind the biscuits into a powder with a food processor, and save the filling for later use
2.
Pour water, butter and sugar into the pot, stir, and boil
3.
After boiling, turn off the heat, add flour and Oreo powder in turn, stir well and then add eggs, stir to form Oreo batter
4.
Put the Oreo batter into a piping bag, squeeze it into a stick shape, put in plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes
5.
When it becomes hard, take it out and put it in a frying pan to fry. When frying, be careful to "turn over". Don't fry or fail to fry.
6.
After the Oreo sticks have cooled slightly, put them in the cinnamon sugar and coat with a layer of sugar
7.
Poke a hole in the middle of the stick with a straw
8.
Put the sandwich from Oreo into the microwave and heat until it melts, about 15 seconds
9.
Put the melted cream into a piping bag, and then squeeze it into the Oreo stick, the Oreo sandwich stick is made
10.
Don’t forget the delicious ones. You can also put them in the refrigerator and freeze them. The flavor will be similar to Oreo Crispy Rolls.
Tips:
1. Don't save the step of frying in the middle. One is for the flour to be cooked, and the other is that it is crispy after frying, which is super delicious.
2. The straw should be a little harder, the straw used for drinking milk tea is fine, and the straw used for ordinary beverages is not strong enough.
3. Eat the Oreo that came out, haha
