Original Lamb Chops with Garlic Herbs

Cut the prairie lamb chops and soak them in clean water for 2 hours to remove blood stains.

Add salt, sugar, chicken powder, light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, etc. and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the pan, add oil, and fry lamb chops on the grassland until both sides are browned.

Add green onion, ginger, dried chili and saute until fragrant.

Add the right amount of dark soy sauce and stir fry for color.

Stir in boiling water that is no more than lamb chops, add chicken powder, turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

When the soup in the pot has obviously begun to dry, add the chopped garlic and chopped red pepper.
Tips:
1. The prairie lamb chops I choose are Sechinar prairie sheep, which can be bought on Sechinar Farming and Animal Husbandry Network. The meat is fresh and tender, and it is relatively fast-cooking.
2. Before making, chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and small red pepper for later use.
