Oyster Radish Shreds

Wash the oyster flies.

Mince scallion and ginger.
3.
Shred the white radish, carrot, and cucumber for later use.
4.
Pour oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.
5.
Add water and a spoonful of salt.
6.
After the water is boiled, add shredded white radish and shredded carrots.
7.
Add oyster fry.
8.
Put the cucumbers in, and just boil them out.
9.
Do it well.
Tips:
The oyster flies can be cooked first, and it is as fresh as the soup of the boiled oyster flies.
