Pan-fried Fish Steak

Wash the Dolly fish in cubes and wipe dry with kitchen paper for later use.

Sprinkle a little black pepper on both sides of the fish first.

Dip some salt with your finger and rub it on the fish.

After wiping the salt, sprinkle a little sugar on the fish body and marinate for ten minutes. Note: The pickling process can be done the night before.

Heat the pot, put a little cooking oil and turn the pot; put the marinated fish into the pot and fry on medium heat until golden on both sides, and you are done.
