Tomato Sour Soup Fish
1.
Place the tomatoes in boiling water and cook until the skin is cracked, then remove them and peel them~
2.
Prepare various spices and cut shiitake mushroom legs into small pieces.
3.
Cut the fish into sections, add white pepper, a little cooking wine, cornstarch, and lemon juice to marinate for 15 minutes
4.
Peeled tomato diced
5.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add all the spices when the oil is 40% hot, stir-fry on a low heat and add a little Laoganma chili sauce. (If you don't like spicy food, you can leave it alone). In this process, I stir-fried for about 5 minutes, and after the fragrant fry, I removed all the spices except the shiitake mushroom legs.
6.
Add tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until the tomatoes are ripe
7.
Pour the tomato sauce and stir fry evenly.
8.
Put in the marinated fish fillets and taste them. If the saltiness is poor, add a little salt. After the fish fillets are cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onion and garnish them.
Tips:
Don't put the ketchup too early, it will stick to the pot~
