Pan-fried Lotus Root Cake

Add minced ginger, chopped green onion, soy sauce, egg, salt, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil to the meat filling; stir in one direction and marinate for ten minutes;

Peel and knot the fresh lotus root, wash and cut into small cubes and put it in the meat;

Then add a small amount of sweet corn and green beans, stir vigorously in the same direction as before, and set aside;

Take out the right amount of stuffing, use your hands to form a dough, and do the rest in the same way;

Brush a layer of oil in an electric baking pan;

Make the dough into a pie with a diameter of about six centimeters;

Fry until cooked and golden brown, take out to control oil;

Load into the disk
Tips:
1. This is a simple dish about lotus root. If you want the taste, please cut the lotus root into cubes, so that the lotus root will have a distinctive taste; if you want a banquet, you can chop the lotus root more finely. Conducive to molding, the result will be beautiful.
2. If you like other flavors, you can make garlic juice or chili juice; but I prefer the original flavor, just like that.
