Pan-fried Small Golden Pomfret

Remove the guts of the golden pomfret, wash it, and cut the incision at an oblique angle.

Put salt on the golden pomfret body and the inside of the knife, inside the belly, shred or smash the ginger, add the cooking wine and marinate for about 15 minutes, soak up the surface water with kitchen paper, and prepare to cook.

Heat the pan first, add peanut oil to a boil after the surface moisture is dry, and put the fish in the pan. You don't need to flip it during frying, just shake the pan. Fry each side until golden brown.

Add soy sauce to the pan, then put it on the plate.
Tips:
If you want to be more flavorful during the marinating process, you can extend the marinating time a bit.
