Papaya Milk Jelly

Cut the gelatine slices into small pieces and soak in cold water to soften them. Cut the papaya pulp into small pieces.

Heat the milk to 50 degrees, add the sugar, and the gelatin flakes to melt.

Spread the papaya in a flat-bottomed container.

Pour the milk liquid.
5.
Keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
6.
After the papaya milk has solidified, it is buckled and cut into pieces.
