Paw Buns (special Method)

1. (Making Xiaoyan) Put all the ingredients for Xiaoyan in the bread bucket

2. The bread machine selects the "kneading" program, and the adjustment time is 15 minutes

3. Check the state of the dough after the program is over. The dough is smooth and a thick and elastic film can be pulled out.

4. Put the dough in the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator to ferment overnight

5. Fermented to about 2 times the size

6. The inside of the dough is organized into a honeycomb shape

7. (Making the main dough) Put all the ingredients of the main dough except butter in the bucket of the bread machine

8. Tear the night seeds into small pieces and add them to the main dough

10.Add softened butter and continue kneading for 10 minutes

1. One fermentation saves time and trouble
