Stir fry to such a state: Use a shovel to draw a line, the bean paste will not close quickly; shovel large pieces of bean paste and fall slowly, if the shape does not merge, you can turn off the heat

Put it in a fresh-keeping box while it is hot, smooth the top, close the lid and let it cool thoroughly, then put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours before cutting into pieces. If the box does not have a lid, it is recommended to cover with plastic wrap to avoid cracking

Tips:
1 Peeled peas are not soybeans. If you can’t get them, buy them online
2 The peas must be boiled until they are puree to make them delicate enough. Don't add too much water. The more water, the longer the bean paste will be boiled. It's easy to use a food processor, I don't think it is troublesome to sift.
3 The fresh-keeping box does not need to be greased, and it will come off as soon as it is buckled after cooling.
