Peeled dried peas bought online

Add 3 times the amount of water, soak overnight in advance

Put it in an electric pressure cooker and add a proper amount of water to pressure for 20 minutes, just soak the peas

Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir fry over medium-low heat

Stir fry until there is texture and the lines do not disappear easily. Mine is very thick, it will be ready after a few minutes of frying

Pour the pea puree into the mold and smooth it out. I put it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours after cooling.

Tips:
The granulated sugar of Yuanfangzi is 75g. I reduced the amount and it is not very sweet. If you like sweetness, you can increase the amount of granulated sugar. I put less water when cooking, so the mashed peas is very thick and hardly needed. stir fry
