Peach Gum White Fungus Soup
1.
Dry white fungus and peach gum soak one hour in advance
2.
After soaking the white fungus, boil it in boiling water for one minute, wash it in cold water and break it into small pieces.
3.
Add cold water that has not passed the white fungus, simmer for three hours on low heat, add peach gum after the white fungus is glued, and continue to stew for half an hour.
4.
After cooking, add brown sugar and stir well, and you can start eating!
Tips:
The peach gum will melt after cooking for a long time. It is enough to cook for half an hour.
Add brown sugar, rock sugar, white sugar or no sugar as you like.
After the white fungus is soaked, blanch it in water to remove the peculiar smell and make it easier to glue in the subsequent stewing.
