Pearl Milk Tea (creamer Version)

First make black tea water, prepare black tea and boiling water (the water must have just been boiled), pour the boiling water into the cup of black tea, simmer for 2 minutes, and set aside for later use.

Now start to cook the pearls and prepare the ingredients. Pour water into the pot and boil until it boils. The ratio of water to powder circle is 8:1 (if the appliance is larger, increase the amount of water to make the pearl float)

After the water is boiled, pour the pearls into the pot in a slow manner, stir evenly, simmer for 25 minutes on low heat, and stir about 5-6 times during the period. Prevent sticking to the pot. (If there is less water, you can pour hot water to make the pearl float on it)

30 minutes after the time is up. After 30 minutes, pour the pearls into the sieve and rinse with cold water, drain the water, add fructose and stir evenly, and soak for 13 minutes for the best taste. Set aside for later use. (The real best time for cooking is about 6 hours)

All the ingredients are ready, now you can make bubble tea, filter the black tea (the milk tea filter bag used here, you can also use a filter such as a flour sieve, etc.) to make black tea water. (Too much black tea water and tea dregs will affect the taste)

Pour the creamer, fructose, and black tea in order into the Snow Kettle.

Buckle the Xueke pot together, hold the Xueke pot and shake it up and down for about 10 seconds with the technique shown in the right picture, so that all the ingredients are combined.

Pour in 300c hot water, stir well, and the bubble tea is ready. (If you like ice, add ice water and ice cubes)
Tips:
1. The difference between fructose and white granulated sugar. Fructose is a liquid. It is easy to fuse when the shaker is shaking. It is difficult to fuse together with white granulated sugar, which will affect the final taste.
2. The sweetness of Haocheng F60 fructose used in this tutorial is about 60%. If you use other brands of fructose, the amount used should be changed according to the sweetness of fructose.
