1. Boil the powder rounds in boiling water until they float.
2. Cover the pot for 2 minutes.
3. Rinse with cold water
4. Spread to the bottom of the container
5. Put the black tea bag in 100ml of boiling water for 2 minutes
6. Add isinglass powder, stir and heat until the isinglass powder melts
7. Serve milk tea with milk and mix well
8. Pour into the container.
9. Let cool and chill in the refrigerator until set (about 1 hour).
